Good Ground & The Heart.

I've finally cleared my deadlines.
Lately, everyday's about zipping location to location
And running against the minutes -
Topping it off,
Numerous gruelling late nights
That've cost my skin health
(ackkkkkkkk!)

I really dislike sleeping after midnight.
But I haven't been practising what I preach about sleeping well.

Nevertheless,
I've learnt a new thing today.

There are four types of grounds.
The wayside, stony, thorny and the
Good ground.

Each is the type of life we have.
And the seeds which are people that cross our paths
Are all precious,
With their talents, gifts and potential.

To nurture and maximise the growth of them
Is greatly dependent on the ground they fall on.

I later realise that
The good ground, which represents our lives
Is all about our
Heart.

For out of the Heart
Springs the issues of life.

We all have issues.
How we're different
Lies in how respond to them
Which leads to
How we end up
In and through those issues.


I believe what determines that
Is what and who
We commit our hearts to.

It either takes you
Forward,
Backward, or
Nowhere.

What makes your heart break?
What is in your heartbeat?
What is in the strength of it,
That no matter what circumstance you are in,
You can breakthrough and become better and stronger?

The heart represents
Your inward condition.

What's on the inside
Will show through time.

If it is good,
Where it flows rivers of living water, sweet priceless water,

Wherever you go,
Whatever you do,
Whoever you meet,

Shall taste and see
That He is good.
