Life
is a gift
you must
protect
to enjoy it.
This gift,
as it is defined,
brings
to your being.
To
keep this gift,
protect it
or
somebody's
going to
steal,
kill
and
destroy
it.
You will
lose
anything
you don't
cherish -
even if it
belongs
to you.
If it is
stolen,
killed
and
destroyed,
take it back
this year
and
learn
how to
keep it safe.

Life
is
more than
your environment.
A new environment,
a new social circle of the greatest people,
a new job,
a new wardrobe,
a new hairstyle
a new pet
a new gadget,
a new boy/girlfriend
could
thrill and tickle
your well-being
but
only
temporarily.
Your mood
gets
polluted
easily.
It's not about
what's
around
you
but
what's
in
you.
You
are the
owner
of your
inner life.
If you don't
own
it,
the world
will
trespass,
litter
and
vandalize
it
.
As its owner,
you are
responsible
of
its condition.
How
does your inward condition
becomes
stale or fresh?

Your Mind Eats
'I will not
let
anyone
walk through my mind
with their
dirty feet.'
Mahatma Gandhi

The way people
get into your head
is through
your
eyes
and
ears.
What you
see
and
hear
biologically,
and eventually,
psychologically
impacts
your brain
by producing
related
thoughts
and
ideas.
These are the
foods
for
your soul.
A healthy soul
has a
strong and balanced mind.
His mind
feeds
only on
nutritious thoughts.

Differentiate Brain Food
We
see and hear
many things everyday
and
it's a huge mixture of
truths, facts and lies.
A.
Junk-thought,
filter and delete.
Examples:
lies
discouragement
flattery
destructive criticism
excessive complaining
over-indulgent emotionalism
in summary,
anything that
kills and destroys
you.
It does not help you
grow
but
depress,
condemn
and
embitter
you.
B.
Nutritious-thought,
enter and save.
Examples:
Truth,
Inspiration,
Encouragement,
Correction,
Truths
that
helps you
grow and mature.
Truth
liberates.
It sets you free
from
depression, condemnation and bitterness.
And being liberated
brings you
joy!
