Go Fresh Everyday.

To stay fresh,
you shower
daily.

To keep your
mind and heart
fresh,
it needs
a shower too
-
everyday!

How to
freshen up
your life:

1.
Choose
what you
feed your mind
wisely.

Learn how to
differentiate
what's
good and bad
for you.

You
 are  your life's
decision maker.

Decide
what you want to
believe.

Do yourself a
favour -
believe
what is
true

more than
what you
feel.

Truth
prevails.

Feelings
come and go.

2.
Be Picky

People may
tempt, disturb or shove
negative, destructive and unhealthy
thoughts and ideas
through their
conversations, blog posts, text messages, tweets
and even
songs
to you

but
you own the power
to
not consume
the junk -
don't believe
everything everyone
says!

We don't consume
by
choosing
not to agree.

Sometimes,
when people around us
speak negatively,
we mindlessly agree
with them
and say,
'Yeah, you're right.'

There's power in
agreement -
even if it's a negative statement.

If you make it
 a habit of agreeing
 life sucks,

guess what,
it'll truly suck
because

whatever you
focus on
will become
 reality.

If you want to
enjoy life
and
keep it
fresh,

Be picky
with your daily brain-food consumption.

Avoid
reading
 depressing, negative or lame
blogs, books and twitter pages.
These worsens your bad day.

Instead,
Cultivate an appetite for
words that
educate, encourage and empower
you.
Follow people who
enrich.

Avoid
listening
 to songs
that seem to drag you down
depressing memory lanes
or
make you feel
stressed up.

Instead,
listen to songs that
makes
you feel good.
Listen to people
whose words
educate, encourage and empower
you.

Think about
the people around you.
What are their words usually like?
Do they do you any good?
Do they
educate, encourage and empower
you?
If they do,
stick around
these people.
They're great companions in life! or
do they
burden, depress and discourage?
Keep at arm's length.
Hold your nose.
You don't need to breathe in
the stinky stuff they spout! Think about
yourself.
What are your words usually about?

What is your
most spoken or written word?

That's the word
people associate with you.

Do they do people around you any good?
Do they educate, encourage and empower others or do they burden, depress and discourage? Change the words
you speak.
Choose to be a person who speaks [and write], those who hear [and read] your words are
REFRESHED!

How beautiful
our environment would be
for
one more
person like this
on Earth.
