incredible effort

least significant factors. 

Effort,

inefficient effort

is a tremendous source of

discouragement,

they can

never succeed

since

even expending

 maximum effort

has

not

'I will try my best.'

Most of the time,

such speech pushes the speaker

into an episode of

hard work,

that's altogether

useless.

You could

 sincerely 

want to succeed,

but

how 

you do it,
