a 

sweet

life.

Dolce Vita

isn't

a

lifelong advertisement

about

perfection.

You wouldn't

understand and appreciate

sweetness

if you've never

tasted

bitterness.

Too much cheap chocolate

and

you'll

 vomit.

But

how

 divinely delicious

a piece of

luxurious chocolate

could be

after a 

bitter gourd buffet!

In this season 

of my life,

in what I thought

was ironically,

the bitterest time

I remember living in,

I've realized

I've been given a 

priceless gift

in a time as this:

the journey of 

learning, understanding and experiencing

Dolce Vita.

In learning 

something 

new,

I have to be 

very polite

to myself.

Un-learning

old habits

to 

learn new ones

requires

hard work

and 

persistence.

A classroom without walls,

I've encountered 

people,

places

and

activities 

that have unintentionally taught me

lessons on 

Dolce Vita.
